Geography
The village is located 9.5 km by road east of the center of the village council and 19 km by road north-east of the center of Brest , the nearest settlements are the villages of Karabany and Zbirogi .
History
It was first mentioned in the XVII century as the possession of the gentry in the Beresteysky district of the Beresteysky province ON . In 1630 it belonged to P. Witanowski, in 1774 - to A. Witanowski, in 1789 - to Starovolsky. After the third partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth (1795) as part of the Russian Empire, since 1801 - in the Grodno province .
In 1861, the village was part of the Zbirogi estate, the possession of Count Grabovsky. In 1886 - the village of Zbirogovskaya volost of the Kobrin district , 11 yards. It housed the Zbirogovo volost board. In 1890, the peasants of the village had 118 acres of land, a literacy school worked.
After the Riga Peace Treaty of 1921 - 21 yards as part of the commune of Zbirogi of the Kobrinsky County Polesie Voivodeship of Poland Since 1939 - as part of the BSSR . In 1940 - 45 yards.
