Biography

He was born in the family of Polish railway engineer Balyasinsky Heinrich Leopoldovich and teacher of Trosko Maria Alexandrovna (nee Mikhailova); The family grew five children. Grew up in Minsk , but in the early 1930s, after the mother and father broke up, the family moved to Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 1939, the family moved to the Krasnodar Territory and settled in the village of Kuleshovka, Beloglinsky District. In 1940 he graduated from high school number 12 of the village of Belaya Glina .

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1943. In 1951 he graduated from the agronomical faculty of the Kuban Agricultural Institute.

In 1951-1953 - agronomist, senior agronomist of the pig-breeding farm (Krasnodar region).

In 1953 he graduated from refresher courses at the Stavropol Agricultural Institute.

Since 1953 at the party work.

In 1953-1954 - Head of the Agricultural Department of the Kurganinsky District Committee of the CPSU (Krasnodar Territory).

In 1954-1955 - Second Secretary of the Kurganinsky District Committee of the CPSU.

In 1955—1956 - First Secretary of the Kurganinsky District Committee of the CPSU.

In 1956-1957 - Deputy Head of the Agricultural Department of the Krasnodar Regional Committee of the CPSU.

In 1957-1959 - Head of the Agricultural Department of the Krasnodar Regional Committee of the CPSU.

From December 1959 to March 1961 - Deputy Chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Executive Committee.

In March - September 1961 - Instructor of the Agricultural Department of the Bureau of the CPSU Central Committee for the RSFSR.

Since 1961 - in the Kuibyshev region.

From September 1961 to January 1963 - Second Secretary of the Kuibyshev Regional Committee of the CPSU.

From January 1963 to November 1964 - First Secretary of the Kuibyshev Rural Regional Committee of the CPSU.

From December 1964 to November 1965 - Chairman of the Kuibyshev Regional Executive Committee.

In 1965-1966 - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the USSR.

In 1966-1969 - First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Procurement of the USSR Council of Ministers.

In 1969-1977 - First Deputy Minister of Procurement of the USSR.

In 1977-1988 - on diplomatic work in Hungary.

Since 1988 - retired
