NefAZ-BTZ-52765 is a Russian three-door high- floor trolleybus produced at the Bashkir trolleybus factory (BTZ) in 2009 and 2010 . The only trolleybus in the model range of the plant, created on the basis of the bus body, is NefAZ-5299 T from OJSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant .

Twenty-one copies of the NefAZ-BTZ-52765 trolleybus were produced; they are all operated in Ufa and Sterlitamak .
