Marek Moderau ( Polish: Marek Moderau , b. 1953, Jaworzno , Poland ) is a Polish sculptor, known as the author of an extensive public discussion [1] in Poland of a monument to 22 Red Army soldiers in Ossuv .

Biography
In 1972, Marek Moderau graduated from the Lyceum of Fine Arts in Kielce with a degree in sculptor. In 1982 he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun . Since 1984, it has been a member of the Stowarzyszenie KERAMOS ( KERAMOS Association ) and is currently participating in solo exhibitions.
Creativity
- Monument to Zhegote - together with Hannah Schmalenberg ;
- Grave monument to the leaders of the Polish underground state on the Alley of Honored in the Warsaw military cemetery Povonzki [2] ;
- Monument to the fallen Poles in the Paris cemetery of Pere Lachaise [3] ;
- Monument to Georgian officers serving in the Polish Army , which is located in the Freedom Park near the Museum of the Warsaw Uprising ;
- Obelisk to Ryszard Sivts in Prague [4] ;
- Monument to 22 Red Army soldiers ;
- Monument to the victims of the Smolensk plane crash at the military cemetery Povonzki .
