Description

The flag of the city of Zhytomyr is a rectangular panel with a 2: 3 aspect ratio, divided by two crossed white stripes into four rectangles: the lower left and upper right yellow, upper left and lower right - blue.

The horizontal strip divides the flag in half, and the vertical one in a ratio of 1: 2. at the place of their intersection there is a coat of arms of the city of Zhytomyr.
