Geography
The village is located in the north-east of the Tamalinsky district, 5 km south of the village of Grigoryevka . The distance to the center of the village council of the village of Sannikovka is 6 km, the distance to the regional center of the village. Tamala - 32 km.
History
According to the research of the historian - local historian Poluboyarov M.S., the village was formed as a settlement from the village of Mosolovka in the Chembarsky district in the first half of the 19th century. In 1896, it was part of the Tarkhov volost of the Chembarsky district , in 1930 - as part of the Bolshekornevsky village council of the Chembarsky district, in 1955 - the village of Pletnevsky village council of the Svishchevsky district. Until 2010, she was a member of the Grigoryevsky Village Council. [1] According to the Law of the Penza Region No. 1992-ZPO dated December 22, 2010, it was transferred to the Machinsky Village Council.
