Literary activity
Alexander Voroshilov considered himself a student of V. Mayakovsky , dreamed of becoming a "tribune poet", an agitating poet. As noted by the literary critic L. Galtsev , “in Mayakovsky’s poetry he was impressed by his ability to react sensitively to all the events of his life, the ability to see the heroic in the urgent and tirelessly draw strength in communication with the people ... He did not recognize for his work other topics besides the theme of working days construction, which clearly reflected the spirit of the harsh and heroic times. "

In the midst of perestroika , in the wake of the renaming of " Stalin - Brezhnev " street names, in Magnitogorsk the idea was put forward to perpetuate in the name of the street Voroshilov not the famous commander Kliment Voroshilov , but the first builder of Magnitogorsk Alexander Voroshilov. But this undertaking was never realized. Nevertheless, the street in Ivdel was named after Alexander Voroshilov.
