Schmitt, Kurt

From 1905 to 1907 he studied law at the University of Munich . In 1911, as a volunteer, he joined the Munich Infantry Regiment as a lieutenant , but in 1913 he resigned and joined the Allianz insurance company. A participant in the First World War from its first days, after being wounded in 1917, was sent to the reserve with the rank of captain .
