Current
It originates in the northwest of the Uint mountain range and flows in a westerly direction. It flows near the town of Oakley, below which there is the Rockport Reservoir on the river, after which Weber abruptly turns north, taking in the large tributaries of Silver Creek and Chalk Creek. Below the city of Colville , the Echo reservoir is located on the river, after which Weber turns to the northwest. Near the city of Morgan , the East Canyon Creek tributary takes over. Descending from the mountains near the city of Uinta, the river turns north again and receives the Ogden tributary. In a small area before flowing into the Great Salt Lake, the river flows along the plain.
