The distance by road to the district center of Cherepovets is 26 km, to the center of the municipality of Botovo - 12 km. The nearest settlements are Marhinino , Gavrino , Ostanino .

According to the 2002 census, the population is 11 people [2] .
Famous People
Veselov was born in the village , Nikolai Grigorievich (1924-1982) - Soviet scientist and economist.
