It is part of the Yaganovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Yaganovsky village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Cherepovets is 34 km, to the center of the municipality of Yaganovo - 4 km. The nearest settlements are Uvarkovo , Lenino , Kostenevo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 16 people [2] .
