It is part of the Yagnitsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Bolshedvorsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Cherepovets is 124 km, to the center of the municipality of Yagnitsa - 14 km. The nearest settlements are Stupino , Ionovo , Iskra .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 20 people (12 men, 8 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
