It is part of the Myaksinsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to May 30, 2013 it was part of the Shchetynsky rural settlement ) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Ilyinsky Village Council.

The distance to the regional center of Cherepovets by road is 52 km, to the center of the municipality of Myaks in a straight line - 18 km. The nearest settlements are Ploskoye , Ilyinskoye , Lyapunovo .

According to the 2002 census, the population is 218 people (110 men, 108 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
