It is part of the Yugsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 8, 2009 it was part of the Musorsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Musorsky village council.
The distance to the district center of Cherepovets by road is 72 km, to the center of the municipality of New Domozerov in a straight line - 34 km. The nearest settlements are Dubnishnoe , Chikovo , Voskresenskoye .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 44 people (23 men, 21 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (98%) [3] .
