Career
In clubs
Yorgos's career began in the youth team of the Terpsythea club. Then, Cavelas became a player in Kerkyra , speaking in the beginning for the youth squad. After spending two seasons in the Greek Super League , Yorgos moved to Panionios in 2008. He also played in this team for two seasons, and then left for the German championship , becoming the Eintracht player from Frankfurt .
March 12, 2011 in the match of the 26th round of the Bundesliga set a record for the range of goals scored. From 73 meters he hit the gates of Manuel Neuer [3] .
In early 2012, the German club gave Cavelas a six-month lease at Monaco .
