Geography
Kornilovskaya is located on the right bank of the Sodong River (a tributary of the Yorga River). Northwest of Kornilovskaya is the village of Isakovskaya .
History
Until 1918, the village of Kornilovskaya belonged to the Kornilovskaya volost of the Solvychegodsky district of the Vologda province , after which it moved with the county to the newly formed North Dvina province . In 1924, Kornilovskaya became part of the Verkhnetoemsky district . In 1929, together with the district, it moved to the Northern Territory . Since 1937, the Kornilovsky village council has been located in the Arkhangelsk region. From 2006 to 2014, the village was part of the Tymoshinskoye municipality [1] . Since 2014 - as part of the rural settlement "Dvinskoe".

The population of the village, according to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census , was 16 people [4] . As of January 1, 2010, there were 38 people in the village, including 11 pensioners [5] .
