Borders
According to the law of December 2, 2004 No. 72 "On the status and boundaries of municipalities of the Slyudyansky district of the Irkutsk region":
“... In the north, the Novosnezhninskoye municipality borders on the lake. Baikal .
From the west, the municipality borders on the Baikal municipality . The border starts from Lake Baikal and goes in a south-westerly direction through Mount Grassy with a mark of 1550 m, through a mark of 1567 m to the confluence of the river. Saibat in the river Hara Murin . Crossing the river. Khara-Murin, the border follows the right bank of the river upstream to the confluence of the river. Tit-Tit , from where it follows on the right bank of the river. Tit-Tit in the south-western direction to the border with the Republic of Buryatia .
