Club career
He started his professional career in Japan. In 2009, he signed the first contract with the Japanese football club Yokohama Marinos , but he only played five games. In January 2011, John was leased until January 1, 2012 to the Japanese Gainare Tottori Second Division club.
In January 2012, he was rented by the Chinese Super League Hangzhou Greentown Club until the end of the 2012 season [1] .
International Career
He plays for the youth teams of South Korea of various ages. In 2009, he took part in the World Youth Championships in Egypt , where his team reached the quarter-finals stage.
