Biography
Goodman graduated from Harvard University in 1984 . Today, she is best known as the host and host of on Pacifica Radio . Its most famous themes are the peace movement , the anti-globalization movement and the criticism of corporate media , although it regularly covers other topics. Amy Goodman investigated human rights violations in East Timor , Nigeria and other countries.
In 1991, thanks to Amy Goodman and her colleague Alan Neirn, who arrived in East Timor to cover the life of the country occupied by Indonesia and the local independence movement, the “massacre in Santa Cruz” became public property - the shooting of a peaceful funeral procession in Dili by Indonesian forces more than 250 people.
