Bicolor

Bicolor ( Latin bi - two; French colore - color) - a flag consisting of two different colors, usually located in stripes of the same width horizontally or vertically.

Among states, bicolors are less common than tricolors . Only four states use pure bicolor (without emblems, etc.):

  • Indonesia
  • Monaco
  • Poland
  • Ukraine

However, quite a lot of cities use bicolor, for example:

  • Flag of rome.svg Rome
  • Rostov-na-Donu flag.svg Rostov-on-Don
  • Flag of Warsaw.svg Warsaw
