Sitce Bakker is a Dutch entrepreneur, writer and television director of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

Biography
Bakker began his career at the age of 18, becoming the founder and editor-in-chief of Esctoday.com, an independent Eurovision website. At the age of 22, he was hired by EBU as a new media manager. Two years later, he was appointed as a public relations manager for Eurovision and Junior Eurovision.
On January 1, 2011, Bakker was appointed executive supervisor of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest , replacing Svante Stokselius at this post [1] . He also holds the position of supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest .
Bakker created the Dutch company Wow! Works, which organizes corporate and public events. In 2009, he was selected as one of the 25 most successful young entrepreneurs in the Netherlands [2] . In 2010, he finished second in the Communications Talent of the Year contest in the Netherlands [3] .
In June 2011, Bakker published a Dutch-language book, How To Live Wow !? [4] .
