Coat of arms of Plewl

The emblem of the city is a blue shield with a white outline. On top of the white is a red outline. At the bottom of the coat of arms are three white stripes that represent the three rivers passing through the city. Also on the coat of arms are depicted:

• clock tower in the center of Pleven
• City Hall
• the bridge over the river Tara , connecting the municipality of Plevlya with the rest of Montenegro.

The colors of the coat of arms are Slavic .
