Persen ( French Stade Pershing ) is a multi-functional stadium in the Vincennes forest in Paris , built in 1919 . The stadium hosted the French Cup finals four times. It also hosted football and rugby matches at the 1924 Summer Olympics . In the 1960s, part of the stadium was destroyed, and the arena is currently hosting baseball games.

History
Persen was built at the end of World War I. It was later presented as a gift from the USA to France .
The 1933 exhibition rugby match between the national teams of Great Britain and Australia marked the beginning of the rugby era in France [1] .
The stadium was honored for the final matches of the French Football Cup 4 times in a row from 1921 to 1924 . Three times “ Red Star ” reached the finals and won the country’s cup all three times in this stadium [2] .
