It is part of the Alyoshinsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Alyoshinsky village council.
The distance to the district center of Kirillov by road is 16 km, to the center of the Shindalovo municipality in a straight line - 4 km. The nearest settlements are Petryaevo , Kovrizhnovo , Kirsnovo , Ratibor , Kurikaevo , Kondratovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 32 people (14 men, 18 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
History
The name of the village is first found in a letter given to the Kirillo-Belozersky monastery in the 15th century. The first two inhabitants were recorded in the scribe book of 1544.
