Mecynorhina [1] (lat.) Is a genus of large beetles from the bronze subfamily of the lamellar family, common in Central and Southeast Africa .

The genus previously included only 3 species:
- Mecynorhina oberthuri (Fairmaire, 1903)
- Mecynorhina torquata (Drury, 1782)
- Mecynorhina ugandensis (Moser, 1907)
Some authors consider Mecynorrhina ugandensis as a subspecies of Mecynorrhina torquata .
