The administrative center of the settlement is the village Kaftanchikovo .

The head of the settlement administration, the chairman of the council is Anatoly Kochetkov.

Geography

The settlement is located in the southwestern part of the Tomsk district of the Tomsk region . The area is 86 414.89 ha.

History

In June 1997, when the Tomsk Region Municipality was established, the Zarechny rural district (without forming a legal entity) was formed during the merger of three rural administrations: Kislovskaya, Kaftanchikovskaya and Kaltaiskaya.

In January 2001, during the reorganization of the Tomsk District Municipality into the Tomsk District Municipality - the Zarechny rural district became a legal entity.

Since January 2006, the Zarechny rural district was liquidated and the municipal entity “Zarechnoye rural settlement” was created.
