It is part of the rural settlement of Yurochensky [1] , in terms of administrative-territorial division - in the Yurochensky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Sheksna is 37 km, to the center of the municipality of Yurochkino - 1 km. The nearest settlements are Hanevo , Prokino , Yurochkino .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 53 people (24 men, 29 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
