It is part of the rural settlement of Fominsky [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Fominsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Sheksna is 52 km, to the center of the municipality of Fominsky - 3 km. The nearest settlements are Mitrokhovo , Efimovo , Velyushevo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 17 people [2] .
