It is part of the rural settlement of Lyubomirovsky [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Lyubomirovsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Sheksna is 20 km, to the center of the municipality of Lyubomirovo - 0.1 km. The nearest settlements are Pogorelka , Bratkovo , Tolstikovo .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
