It is part of the rural settlement of Ershovsky [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Ershov village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Sheksna is 25.6 km, to the center of the municipality of Ershovo - 0.6 km. The nearest settlements are Ershovo , Vorkop , Podduby , Potanino , Irma .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 16 people [2] .
