Talakan is an airport at the Talakan oil and gas condensate field , built by Surgutneftegas PJSC one hundred and five kilometers northwest of the village of Vitim in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) . Is the first such a large-scale private investment project (without raising budget funds) in Russia in the aviation sector. On November 23, 2012, a technical flight was made at the airport, operated by UTair Airlines on a Tu-154M aircraft . [2]

The capacity of the office-passenger building is designed for two hundred passengers per hour. There is a warehouse of fuels and lubricants with a capacity of six hundred cubic meters for storing stocks of jet fuel.
The apron of the airfield is designed for five aircraft - first-class aircraft ( Tu-154 , Boeing 737-400 ) and An-24 aircraft; there is a separate helipad three hundred meters in size for ten helicopters [6] [7] .
