Appearance

Body length 12 cm. The main color of the plumage is dark green, with a malachite hue on the abdomen. The wings as well as the body are dark green. The fly feathers are blue. Around the eyes there is a narrow blue ring. Females are green, the area around their eyes is also green, but of a different shade. Ivory beak ; dark spot on the beak .

Distribution

They live in Colombia and Panama .
