Club career
Born in Pescara , but raised in L'Aquila . As a child, supported by Juventus , considered Alessandro Del Piero an idol. Talent Verratti noticed early, at a young age, he received offers from Atalanta and Internazionale , but Marco preferred his native Pescara . After a successful season in the team up to 16 years, Milan offered 300 thousand euros for a football player, but he stayed.
