Shavaleev, Damir Akhatovich

In 1993 he graduated from school number 12 (now MBOU "Lyceum № 1") of the city of Salavat. ^[2]

In 1998, he graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University with a degree in Machinery and Apparatus of Chemical Production and Building Materials Enterprises, qualification - engineer. ^[3]

In 2002 he graduated from the St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Finance and Credit, qualification - economist.

In 2017 he defended his thesis on the topic “Gas-phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene and ethane-ethylene fraction on a zeolite catalyst” in the specialty “02.00.13 - Petrochemistry”. The work was heard in the dissertation council at the Institute of Petrochemical Synthesis. A.V. Topchiev RAN. According to the results of the defense, Shavaleev D.A. was awarded the required degree - Candidate of Chemical Sciences.

• Work began in 1999 in the Baltic Industrial and Industrial Group CJSC as a leading specialist.

• 1999 - Head of the Department for the implementation of fuel and lubricants at Yukos-Neva LLC.

• 2000-2003 - consecutively held the positions of head of the contract department, and then deputy general director at Nevka-SPb LLC.

• 2003 - Vice-President for product sales on the domestic market and Head of the Directorate of Polymers, Rubbers and Man-made Films at AK Sibur.

• 2005-2014 - Director General of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat LLC ^[4] .

Damir Akhatovich was the General Director of Gazprom neftekhim Salavat from 2005 to 2014. ^[12] During this period, OJSC Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat became one of the main centers of petrochemistry in Russia. For 9 years, under the leadership of D.A., Shavaleev, the company implemented a program for the modernization of existing industries and the development of new products:

• production of low pressure polyethylene was started using Hostalen suspension technology;

• the second stage of the HDPE was launched and the pyrolysis production capacity was expanded to 380 thousand tons per year

• implemented a number of investment projects aimed at upgrading refineries

• the newest unit for atmospheric vacuum distillation of oil, ELOU-AVT 6, was put into operation; it is intended for primary oil refining

• received from Toyo Engineering Corporation (Japan) a basic project for the construction of a urea granulation plant

• the beginning of the projects "Construction of the complex of acrylic acid and acrylates" and "Construction of the complex of catalytic cracking"

During the management of JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat D.A. Shavaleev initiated and implemented many social projects:

• A diabetes care program that has significantly improved the quality of life of children. All sick children of Salavat, Ishimbay, Meleuz were given insulin pumps to avoid the risk of complications;

• a large-scale project “To protect with the heart” was implemented, the main goal of which is to draw the attention of parents to their children and the problem of drug abuse prevention;

• construction of the Salavat sports and concert complex, Golden Fish swimming pool; ^[13]

• reconstruction of the stadium named after the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution, MBOU "Lyceum No. 1", the children's recreation center "Sputnik"; ^[14]

• opening of the first regional branch of the FC Zenit Academy and reconstruction of football fields in accordance with FIFA standards; ^[15]

• a large-scale reconstruction of the city Culture and Recreation Park was carried out, the Palace of Sport “Neftekhimik” was rebuilt;

• in October 2014, D. A. Shavaleev together with the People’s Artist of Russia V. Spivakov open in the city of Salavat the Music School of Young Talents named after V. Spivakov; ^[sixteen]

• D. A. Shavaleev is the author and creator of the Balls Ball project - the city school graduation ball. This year graduation awaits all eleventh-graders of the city. ^[17]

• Medal “450 years of voluntary entry of Bashkortostan into Russia (2007).

• Diploma of the Republican Committee of the RB of the Roskhimprofsoyuz (2008).

• Medal "Patriot of Russia" (2009) for a great personal contribution to the work on the patriotic education of young people.

• The title of “Honorary Citizen of the City of Salavat” (2012) for his great contribution to the development of the social infrastructure of the city of Salavat.

• Order of Glory and Honor of the 3rd degree Russian Orthodox Church (2012)

• Gratitude of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2013) for a great personal contribution to the development of the material and technical base of educational institutions of the city district of Salavat and active participation in the charity marathon “Dear of Peace and Mercy”.

He is married and has three children.

Shavaleev was included in the top 100 most successful industrial sector managers who made significant contributions to the development of their enterprises, industries, and the country's economy .
