Richard Sandrak ( born Richard Sandrak ; born April 15, 1992 ) is the most inflated teenager in the world, a star in fitness and bodybuilding , and an actor . He became known in the USA and abroad as “Little Hercules” due to his physical achievements, at the age of eight Richard was recognized as the strongest child in the world [1] [2] .

Biography
Born in Ukraine . At the age of two, Richard emigrated with his parents to the United States and settled in Pennsylvania . There, a year later, he began training in the field of martial arts and bodybuilding , using small lightweight weights. Richard's training lasted one hour a day, six days a week.
In 1999, the family, leaving everything in search of a better life, went to California . Parents also searched for a long time for a trainer for Richard, after talking with many fitness professionals, they decided to turn to Frank Gardin, one of the best local trainers. The family met with Frank when Richard was still seven years old. Frank, despite many years of experience, was shocked by the results of Richard. Their first show was called The Ripley's Believe It Or Not (Ripley's Believe it or Not). Soon, Richard noticed the outstanding success of the media, he began to appear with his performances in the most famous bodybuilding shows in America: “ Mr. Olympia ”, “Champions Night”, “Mr. USA”, “Emerald Cup”, “ Arnold Classic ” and many others.
In March 2005, with the participation of Richard, a new video program for the physical development of children was created, “Video of Training Little Hercules for Children,” which was translated into many languages, including Russian. In 2009, Richard played a role in the movie Little Hercules 3D .
