History
The emergence of July Street is associated with the formation and subsequent development of the village of "New" (modern Pioneer residential area ) in the mid-1920s. For the first time, the street appears on the plan of Sverdlovsk in 1929 as planned for development on a site from Sovetskaya Street to Kochegarov Street. As already built up (in the initial section, from Borovaya to Sadovaya Street) it is indicated on the plans of Sverdlovsk in 1939 and 1942. On the city plan of 1947, the street is shown as completely built up from Borovaya street to Kochegarov street.
Buildings and Structures
The street is built up with residential buildings of different years of construction (Khrushchev, high-rise buildings of the 80s, one modern building of "point" building). On the street is the Kirovsky supermarket, a branch of Sberbank, gymnasium No. 35.
