Hole in the Sun is the ninth studio album of the American rock band Night Ranger , released in 2007 by Frontiers Records . The international release took place on April 23, 2007 [3] , and in the USA the album was released on July 1, 2008 [1] . The intro in the song “Rock Star” resembles the song of the Nirvana group “Smells Like Teen Spirit” [1] .
