Makri Yalos ( Greek: Δήμος Μακρύ Γιαλού ) is a community (dim) in Greece , in eastern Crete . Entered Mr. Lasithion in the periphery of Crete . Since 2011, the Kallikratis program has been abolished and entered as a community unit in the community of Ierapetra [3] . The population of 4,015 inhabitants according to the 2001 census [1] . An area of 159.229 square kilometers [1] . The density of 25.22 people per square kilometer [1] . The administrative center is Kutsuras ( Κουτσουράς ), located on the coast of the Libyan Sea .
