Kambara volost is an administrative-territorial unit within the Evpatoria district of the Tauride province . It was formed as a result of the Zemstvo reform of the 1890s [1] , which took place later than 1892 in the Evpatoria district, by separating the eastern part of Saki volost within the borders of 1860. According to the Memorial Book of the Tauride Province for 1902, it included 17 villages, 2 farms, a manor and the Aish horse-post station with 23 inhabitants. In total, 2,278 people lived in the volost that year.

Also in 1902, there were 2 farms in the volost - Ailyansha with 68 inhabitants and Kartmyshik - with 55 and the Kazanchi estate (10 people).
The latest available data on the composition of the volost is contained in the Statistical Directory of the Tauride Province. Part II. Statistical essay, Issue 5 Yevpatoriya Uyezd, 1915 , according to which, in 1915 there were 45 settlements in the volost, of which 29 villages:
