The coat of arms was approved by Decision No. 12/1 of the Council of the Bavlinsky Municipal District on October 13, 2006 . [one]
The coat of arms is entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under registration number 760 and in the State Heraldic Register of the Republic of Tatarstan under No. 52.

Emblem Description
“The shield is crossed into green and scarlet (red) fields with a narrow silver belt, turning in the middle into a figured rafter filled with azure (blue, blue). In the scarlet field, a azure tulip flower, bordered with gold, inside the flower is a golden sign - a symbol of infinity, completed by the golden half of the lily . Because of the tulip, three golden ears and three black fountains bordered by gold diverge up and to the sides. Ears and a fountain are superimposed on a silver belt and green mountains bordered with gold, because of the mountains the golden sun rises with the same abstract direct rays. "

The silver belt with a figured rafter depicts the kokoshnik of a female Russian outfit, symbolizes the Slavic peoples living in the area, together with a tulip flower - elements of the Tatar ornament symbolize the unity of Tatarstan and Russia.
The sprout of a plant on a tulip symbolizes life, infinity - the repetition of time cycles: days, weeks, seasons, centuries, etc. Golden ears of wheat and a black oil fountain are symbols of the region’s wealth. The sun rising from behind the mountains reflects the district's belonging to the southeastern part of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Green is a symbol of fertility, health, life.
Red color is a symbol of activity, courage, holiday, beauty.
Blue color is a symbol of honor, devotion, truth, purity of the sky.
Gold is a symbol of wealth, sunlight, generosity.
Silver is a symbol of simplicity, wisdom, mutual cooperation.
Coat of Arms History
In 1996, an icon was issued depicting the heraldic emblem of the city of Bavla, a composition that later became the basis for the coat of arms of the city and the Bavlinsky district.

The coat of arms of the city of Bavla and the Bavlinsky region was originally approved on April 18, 2001.
The coat of arms had the following description:
“The shield is crossed into green and red fields with a narrow silver belt turning into a figured rafter. In the red field, a azure (blue) tulip flower bordered with gold, inside the flower is a golden sign - a symbol of infinity from which comes a golden flower of three leaves. Because of the tulip, three golden ears and three black streams of the fountain, bordered by gold, diverge. Ears and a fountain are superimposed on a silver belt and green mountains bordered with gold, because of the mountains, a golden sun rises with the same rays because of the blue sky. " [2]

The coat of arms was entered in the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation under registration number 760.
On October 13, 2006, the emblem of the Bavlinsky district and the Regulation on the emblem were reapproved [3] . The description of the coat of arms has become more heraldic, some changes have been made to the description of the coat of arms symbols.
The coat of arms was developed with the assistance of the Russian Heraldry Union .
