The tournament was attended by 8 clubs. From November 3 to April 13, they held a three-round regular season tournament. Teams that took 2nd and 3rd places in the regular season played a semifinal match among themselves, the winner of which played the title of tournament winner with the winner of the regular season. This was the last championship held in such a system.
