History
The company was established on the basis of the industrial design bureau of the USSR Ministry of Electrotechnology on October 19, 1987.
The first version of the IT-Enterprise ERP system was released in 1989 for mainframes. In the 1990s, the system was ported to personal computers and continued to develop on this platform.
The company initially focused only on complex automation projects of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises. The first projects were carried out in mechanical engineering and in the cable industry.

IT-Enterprise
IT-Enterprise (IT-Enterprise) - a full-featured ERP -, MRP II -, MES -, APS-, EAM -, SCM - and CRM- system [3] , [4] , covering all aspects of the enterprise, as well as providing management group of enterprises. The system is multilingual, comes in three interfaces: Russian, Ukrainian and English.
As of January 2018, the current version of the product is IT-Enterprise 2018.
System Implementation
The company has a narrow network and does not cooperate with integrators. The product is distributed exclusively through partners involved in the supply and implementation of the IT-Enterprise system. To implement system implementation projects, the company uses only its own implementation centers.
Market Positions
According to International Data Corporation , the shares of software developers in Ukraine were distributed as follows [5] [6] :
- SAP - 43.4%;
- IT-Enterprise - 15.7%;
- 1C - 13.9%;
- Oracle - 11.7%
- Microsoft - 6.1%;
- the rest is 9.2%.
