Emblem Description

“In the golden field at the green extremity is the same spruce ; from the spruce at the extremity two streams depart in the form of an inscribed double-cut silver-azure-silver rafter, tapering upward and coming to naught. "

Coat of Arms

The Sabinsky district was formed in 1930 , however, settlements existed on its territory more than six centuries ago. The center of the district - the village of Bogatye Saba - is one of the oldest, the first mention of it dates back to the XIV century. The earliest settlements were located, as a rule, along the banks of rivers and surrounded by impenetrable, dense forests. And now a large area of the region is occupied by coniferous forests.

Sabinsky forestry is the largest enterprise in the region, which combines 6 forestries. The important role of forestry in the life of the local population is reflected in the coat of arms of spruce - a traditional symbol of longevity, persistence, and a source of strength.

Green color - a symbol of nature, health, vital growth and gold - a symbol of harvest and wealth indicate the main direction of the region's economy - agricultural production.

The heraldic figure - a wavy expanding rafter allegorically symbolizes the springs that make up the bulk of the region’s water resources. Merging, streams form small rivers: Meshu , Sabinka and Kala-Tau . The latter, in turn, feed their waters with large rivers: the Volga and Vyatka .

Silver is a symbol of purity, perfection, peace and mutual understanding.

Azure (blue, blue) is a symbol of honor, nobility, lofty aspirations.

Thus, the coat of arms in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the natural and historical features of the area.
