It is located 5 km southwest of Tver immediately beyond the Tverskaya bypass road ( the Moscow-St. Petersburg M10 ( E 105 ) road ).
The population according to the 2002 census is 890 people, 412 men, 478 women.
In the village of Nikulino there is a secondary school, a first-aid post, a post office, the House of Culture, a library, a kindergarten and two pastry shops.

History
In the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the village of Nikulino was the center of the Nikulinsky volost and belonged to the Nikolsky parish of the Tver district . According to [1] 1859 in the village there are 51 courtyards, 467 inhabitants. In 1886 - 85 yards, 570 residents, the rural municipality, 3 wool mills, 2 dyeing shops, carpentry and 3 shoe workshops, a small shop.
In 1919−20, Nikulino was the center of the village council of the same name in the Nikulinsky volost of the Tver district, 90 yards, 656 residents. In 1931 the collective farm Hammer and Sickle was created. Since the mid-1950s, Nikulino [2] has been the center of the village council as part of the Kalinin district of the Kalinin region .
In 1997 - 307 households, 871 residents. In Nikulino - the administration of the rural district, the central estate of the Tver collective farm, a KBO, a sewing workshop, a secondary school, a kindergarten, a recreation center, a library, an outpatient clinic, and a shop.
