Theoretical developments of T. Yu. Lomakina were the basis for a number of government documents aimed at reforming the educational system:
- Federal Education Development Program;
- The concept of a nationwide system for assessing the quality of education; Moscow Education Development Program;
- educational standards and concepts for the development of lyceums, technical colleges and colleges;
- the concepts and programs of the regions for the creation and testing of organizational systems and technologies for assessing the quality of general and vocational education.
T. Yu. Lomakina is the research supervisor of the experimental sites:
- College of urban infrastructure and construction number 1 of Moscow
- Municipal General Education Institution Gymnasium № 7 of Kazan;
- Municipal general education institution “Secondary secondary school No. 57” in Izhevsk;
- Moscow Art Pedagogical College of Technology and Design.
T. Yu. Lomakina published over 140 works in Russia and abroad; including 12 monographs, more than 10 textbooks and manuals.
Tatyana Yurievna prepared: 1 doctor and 7 candidates of pedagogical sciences.
