Description
“A rectangular double-sided panel of white color, with a ratio of width to length of 2: 3, along the upper edge of which is a red strip with a width of 1/6 of the width of the panel. In the middle of the cloth there is a black eagle turned to the right with yellow eyes, a beak and paws, with wings raised and spread, above which lies the division line, inscribed in a thin ring, the flaming sun (yellow on red, red on white). From the shaft and the free edge to the middle of the lower edge, there are blue narrow (1/9 of the width of the cloth) wavy stripes (the center lines of the stripes divide the vertical edges in a ratio of 2: 1, and the bottom edge in a ratio of 19: 7: 19). "
Justification of Symbols
The administrative center of the Ilyinsky village council, the village of Ilyinka was founded by immigrants from the Chernigov province on July 20 ( August 2 ), 1906, on Ilyin’s day . The symbolism of the flag of the Ilyinsky Village Council is ambiguous:
- a black eagle in a silver field is consonant with an eagle from the coat of arms of the Chernigov province (formerly a principality), symbolizing the connection between the past and the present and pointing to the first settlers of these places;
- a red stripe matching the color of the field of the coat of arms of the Yenisei province , and now the Krasnoyarsk Territory, symbolizes the area of resettlement and the modern territorial affiliation of the village council;
- a flaming (with direct and curving rays) sun enclosed in a wheel - a prototype of a chariot on which the prophet Elijah (Ilya) was ascended to heaven, an allegorically vowel symbol of the name of the village council and the village;
- wavy stripes - symbolize the rivers Uzhurku and Kuzurba flowing in the village council;
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.
Red color is a symbol of labor, courage, life-affirming power, beauty and celebration.
Black color symbolizes prudence, wisdom, modesty, honesty.
Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of harvest, wealth, stability, respect and intelligence, vitality.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.
