Mount Boldi
White Mountains ( English White Mountains ) - a mountain range and a mountainous region in the eastern part of Arizona , near the border with New Mexico . It is part of the Colorado Plateau. The highest point of the ridge is Mount Boldi, whose height is 3475 m. The peak of Boldi lies above the border of the forest and is practically devoid of vegetation. The main rivers of the ridge region include the upper reaches and tributaries of the Salt River (in the south), as well as the Little Colorado River (in the north). There are several small lakes.
Most of the ridge is located on the territory of the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. Settlements in the White Mountains area include: Show Low, Paint Lakeside, Greer, Springville, Igar and McNery.
