The coat of arms of the Nytva district is the official symbol of the Nytva district of the Perm Territory of the Russian Federation .

The current coat of arms of the Nytvensky district was approved by the decision of the Zemsky Assembly of the Nytvensky municipal district of March 22, 2007 No. 202 “On approval of the provisions on the coat of arms and the flag of the municipal formation“ Nytvensky municipal district ”” and entered into the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with registration No. 3448.

 | In the green field there is a golden wavy band, accompanied on one side by the bear’s abstract (torn off) silver head, and on the other hand, by the Maltese cross with the same metal, bearing an ermine shield in the middle. |  |
Symbols
- the green field of the coat of arms symbolizes that the name of the river "Nytva" in translation from the Komi-Permyak language means "green water";
- the abstract (torn off) silver head of the bear and the golden band were taken from the coat of arms of the Stroganovs and symbolize the period when the Nytva lands entered the estate of the barons of the Stroganovs;
- a silver cinco-Maltese cross with an ermine shield in the middle of the same metal symbolizes the history of the ownership of the Nytva smelter, a family of princes Golitsyn ;
- the golden wavy band also symbolizes the metallurgical production at today's Nytvensky Metallurgical Plant , the activities of the Ural plywood mill producing veneer , and also indicates the agricultural direction of the district's development (“golden grain flow”);
- gold is a symbol of the highest value, wealth, greatness, constancy, strength and generosity;
- silver is a symbol of perfection, wisdom, nobility, peace and mutual cooperation;
- the green color , in addition to the public definition of the name of the Nytvensky district, symbolizes life, abundance, rebirth, shows its forest and agricultural wealth.
