Biography
Pishchaev Pavel Mikhailovich was born in 1925 in the village of Zirgan .
During the war, the family moved to live in Murmansk , then to Ishimbay . In Ishimbay, Pavel Mikhailovich graduated from the oil technical school and worked at the Machine-Building Plant - sharpened shells.
In 1952 he graduated from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas. I. M. Gubkin , specializing in oil and gas processing. After graduation, he was distributed in Salavat. He worked at the plant number 18 in the city of Salavat as an engineer of the installation department. At the plant, he scored the first anchor in the construction of the plant. Since 1953, Pavel Mikhailovich - senior engineer of the technical department.
From 1953 to 1956, he served as chief engineer of the Novo-Ishimbay oil refinery under construction.
In 1956, Pavel Mikhailovich - head of the AVT launcher, then - head of the production and technical department of the Novo-Ishimbaysky refinery.
From 1957 to 1959, he worked as the chief dispatcher of the plant No. 18. From 1959, he was the head of the commodity and raw materials workshop of the refinery, then - the head of the IEC workshop, and from October 1964 - the deputy chief engineer of the management of the construction plant.
In 1965, by order of the Council of National Economy of the Middle Volga Economic Region, Pavel Mikhailovich was appointed director of the sulfuric acid and catalyst plant of the Salavat Petrochemical Plant .
Later P.M. Pishchaev worked as the head of the long-term planning department of the plant’s management, deputy head of the production and dispatch department, deputy chief engineer of the plant for nature protection, and then again as deputy head of the production and dispatch department.
Since 1997 - General Director of CJSC Neftepererabotchik.
With the participation of P.M. Pishchaev at the plant were launched plants for the production of ditolylmethane, methyl ethyl ketone , diethylene glycol , sulfur.
In addition to the main work, Pavel Mikhailovich lectured at the UML (the University of Marxism-Leninism) , was engaged in public work. He had, like his brother, Gennady Mikhailovich, a wonderful voice, he sang in companies, like an opera singer. The employees remembered him, full of optimism, the words: "Act, comrades, act!".
He died in Salavat in 2004. He was buried in the city cemetery of Salavat [2] .

From his first marriage, Pavel Mikhailovich has two daughters, Eugene and Tamara.
