Structure
Mature protein consists of 1043 amino acids , the molecular weight is 118.9 kDa . The molecule includes the DAPIN and NACHT domains, 7 LRR ( leucine- enriched) repeats and the ATP binding site . Threonine at position 358 can be phosphorylated .
